I live at Rippling River in Carmel Valley Village. We were told by a message on Facebook, through the Community Foundation that there would be a drop off this morning from 11 to 12 . There are 70 something residents here and we are getting no help from the management of our complex. The food pantry at our local church has been closed for 2 weeks. We desperately need supplies as we are all low income.
The manager here received 11 or 12 bags were dropped off, but she said that she doesn’t know who, or why they were, and they are locked in her office. The only thing that she’s concerned with is that we have to get our rent in on time.
